Hadley has over 15 years’ experience in the energy sector with a strong background in project management, programme delivery and supply chain. He began his career in operations and logistics before moving into large-scale renewable energy projects, where he has managed multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, procurement and construction.

At Vector Powersmart, Hadley led project, engineering and procurement teams delivering solar and battery solutions across New Zealand. Since joining Infratec in 2024, he has taken on the role of Development Programme Manager, responsible for guiding utility-scale solar and renewable projects from early development through to delivery.

Hadley holds a Bachelor of Business and Post Graduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Massey University.
