Roger is a civil engineer with over 30 years’ experience in civil infrastructure development, water management and environmental management. He particularly provides specialist advice for stormwater and flood management. He has led the civil infrastructure assessments for large scale urban development projects and provided specialist stormwater assessments and infrastructure designs for airports, energy generation projects and road transport projects.
