During her time at the Australian Airports Association, she played a key role in establishing the Australian Women in Airports Network – a legacy that continues to inspire across the region.

Now based in Saudi Arabia, Sam leads Regulatory and Contractual Compliance for the Terminals Project at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. She heads a team of safety, risk and quality specialists, ensuring world-class standards are embedded in every facet of the terminal operation. Sam also contributes her expertise to a global ACI taskforce focused on workforce development, reflecting her commitment to shaping a stronger, more inclusive future for the airport sector.
