The NZ Airports Association is delighted to host the NZ Airports Hui at the Christchurch Town Hall, 11-13 October.
The NZ Airports Hui is the premier conference for New Zealand airports. It will bring together over 200 delegates from airports, airport related businesses, corporates, and the public sector.
This is a prime networking opportunity for sponsors to connect with the most influential people in the NZ Airports network over two and a half days.

NZ AIRPORTS AWARDS GALA DINNER

The NZ Airports Awards gala dinner showcases industry nominees and celebrates the winners of the NZ Airports awards. Delegates will enjoy a delicious three-course meal, drinks and awards celebrations at the Christchurch City Art gallery. The sponsor of this event will co-host the Awards evening and have a key role in presenting the awards. There are also options to have signage on the tables and sponsor related prizes throughout the evening.
HOST A CONFERENCE SESSION
$3,000 – $5,000
Become a key hui supporter – sponsor a panel session or part of the programme. Align with the values of the hui programme and its thought leaders, as they share insights and expertise with delegates. This sponsor will introduce and thank panel members. The option to include signage in the room during the session and sponsored gifts is also available.
NETWORKING DINNER

Alongside NZ Airports, this sponsorship involves hosting the networking evening at a local brewery. Partner with NZ Airports to offer delegates a warm welcome to Christchurch city and enjoy the famous southern hospitality throughout the evening over dinner and drinks. You will have a speaking opportunity and signage options at the venue.
RECHARGE LOUNGE

A recharge lounge provides a location for connecting – new people, new business, colleagues, and future friends. With a great location outside the main plenary room, lots of visibility and walk by traffic, theme your lounge to provide a lasting impression of your business and generate new leads.
CATERING

Sponsor a lunch, morning tea or afternoon tea. All catering is served in the Town Hall foyer alongside industry exhibitions. Connect with delegates with a personal 5-minute speech in the main plenary prior to the catering break. Organise your company logo on the catering tables and napkins – display your company banners. Options to host special groups including a Small Airports Breakfast or the NZ Airports Safety Manager’s lunch.
ESPRESSO BAR & LOUNGE

Be the networking hub of the Hui! Make the Espresso Bar & Lounge the place for delegates to get a great cup of coffee, catch up with colleagues new and old. Two baristas will pump out coffees during the catering breaks. There is plenty of scope for creativity to theme your lounge, increase brand awareness among delegates and make a lasting impression.
